'Every Vote Counts' - 'Your Vote Matters'
The above are sound bites we often hear but history shows that, more frequently than we might think, election outcomes are decided by less than 100 votes.
During times of national crisis, with anti-government media coverage, we hear some people saying 'I won't vote Labour, so I’m not going to bother voting’. Losing a seat by a small margin can take many years of hard work and campaigning to regain, during which time a lot of damage can be done. So, it is at these times that it is even more crucial to make your Conservative views known. We need your vote to continue to represent you, your family and your local area, now and into the future.
Don’t hand a seat to the opposition, on a plate, by not voting! It’s only votes that count, not abstentions!
Even if you are unable to attend the polling station on Election Day, you can still cast your vote. Once registered, you can opt for a postal vote or you can appoint someone to vote for you by proxy.
Vote for your local Conservative candidate at the next election to improve the long term prospects for both Rossendale and Darwen.
